Your pictures in the KHROME Community Gallery

  • You have the chance to be featured in our new community gallery for a month!
  • Showcase your art to the numerous and diverse clientele who visit our store every day and be in the spotlight of the community at the opening of the new exhibition. a5>
  • Get extensive attention and reach through our social channels and have the chance to be featured in our community magazine at the end of the year.

Here's how you can apply:

  • Send us one (!) photo to lh@khrome.de
  • A physical photo scanned as a JPG or TIFF (preferably in 2:3 aspect ratio)
  • The deadline for submissions is July 20, 2026, for the August selection
  • We’ll review all submissions and contact the winners
  • Please read the terms and conditions below carefully!
  • We look forward to your submissions and some great upcoming community exhibitions!

Conditions if your image is selected:

  • You order a 40x60 print on the paper of your choice in price category 2 at your own expense (€46)
  • The image will be displayed for one month in our Community Gallery with credit given to you
  • After this month, the print is, of course, yours; the frame can be purchased separately at a discounted price
  • We will frame the image for the exhibition
  • Preferably a 2:3 image so it can be printed to fill the frame. For non-standard formats, the image must either be cropped or printed smaller with a white border.
  • We must receive the image at least 7 business days before installation in a minimum resolution of 4000x6000px (equivalent to our XL scans) in JPG or TIFF format
  • The date for hanging the artwork, with the exhibition opening in July, is Friday, July 31, 26, from 5:30–7:00 p.m.
  • Private sales of the print or print reproductions are, of course, encouraged. (You’ll receive a 10% discount from us on additional prints made from the same image.)
  • We require your signature to confirm your agreement to these terms
  • We’d also like to share your photos as part of our marketing for the Community Gallery on social media and our website and potentially put together a small retrospective of the year’s photos in the form of a book or magazine at the end of the year. You also grant us the rights of use for this purpose. Your names will, of course, always be clearly credited to help maximize your reach as much as possible.
