ADOX CHS 100 II is an orthopanchromatic black and white film with classic grain and tonal value-optimized sensitization. Its contour, sharpness and resolution are very good and better than almost all other classic black and white films of the same sensitivity.
It is made from two emulsions in a single-layer structure and has a wide range of sensitivity.
The ADOX CHS 100 II has a very harmonious and gentle gray value transfer due to its classic sensitization.
Compared to modern films, it differentiates better in portrait and landscape photography (lips to face / clouds to sky / water to land).
The film is cast on clear PET and can optionally be reverse processed as B/W slide film.
Due to the coating on the back, the sheet film can be retouched with protein glaze paints.
