Based on isoascorbate and well tuned, ADOX XT-3 delivers balanced and finely detailed negatives with good sharpness. A very balanced developer that harmonises perfectly with all films and light situations and optimally utilizes the sensitivity.
Hydroquinone and now borate free with improved shelf life over previous isoascorbate based developer formulations.
The solubility has been significantly improved. Part A and B will now completely dissolve within 2-3 minutes.
Additionally with ADOX CAPTURA technology dust-free at the beginning.

The development times and the resulting curves are identical to the X-tol in composite bags, which was available until around 2019.

As with all isoascorbate-based developers, you should pay attention to possible clouding and color changes, as these developers can lose activity very quickly. The developer should no longer be used if substances precipitate or a clear yellow color occurs.
